What can I say? 🤔 The place truly exemplifies why France is a fantastic destination for red meat lovers 🍖 It offers an opportunity to try aged meat. We had the pleasure of sharing two pieces of Holstein and Galician beef with two friends, totaling 1kg. The first piece had been aged for 45 days, while the second had been aged for 55 days😋 Personally, I would highly recommend the Galician beef. We paid 56€/person. I highly recommend it.

Top place. Must try in Toulouse. A place for wine and meat lovers. Enjoy lunch or dinner and forget everything else . Excellent starters and desserts. Went twice in one month 🤤 Made even a place available for our stroller.

Faboulous meats that are aged to perfection. But remember they ONLY serve meat. So vegetarians stay AWAY. Also a very nice selection of red wines that accompany the meat. Ask for Cesar as he is the man!!

What an awesome restaurant! If you love meat, this place you MUST visit. Great aged steaks are there in glass refrigerators, you can see them all :) I went there alone. It was already fully booked, when I arrived. I begged to have a seat at the bar. And man, how tasteful was my 481 grams of Black Angus beef. Presented perfectly with top garnishes. Other peeps who were with 4 or 5, got very big pieces of meat, 1,4 / 1,8 LG's of that juicyness. 'Sharing the beef'! This is one place, I can only return to once a year sadly, then I am on travel. But, forsure will return there next year ❤ Thank you awesome dinner for me!

Amazing night ! We had a private room with a long table for 12 people . The food and wine are incredible. Think big roast of meat with veg and potatoes and je of course cèpes and mushrooms . Strongly recommend to any groups coming to Toulouse and looking for a dinner idea . The service is lovely , insightful on all the meats and wines and even giving you a speaker if you want to play music . Top mark

Mixed experience. Very delicious cuts of meat, but the concept is a bit strange, 1 actual cut of meat per menu item (literally), if someone orders it before you its barred from the menu board. So in a way the later your reservation is, the higher the risk you will be left with only the expensive cuts. Overall delicious meal but too expensive with a confusing concept.
